FunShots.pk respects intellectual property rights and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (βDMCAβ) and applicable copyright law. This page explains how rights holders and users can notify us about allegedly infringing material on the Service.
1. Designated agent
DMCA notices should be sent to our designated copyright agent at the contact details below. Email is preferred for fastest handling.

2. Takedown notice requirements
If you believe content on FunShots.pk infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes substantially the following (per 17 U.S.C. Β§512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (for example, the exact URL on FunShots.pk).
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Misrepresentations in a notice may expose you to liability for damages under the DMCA.
3. Our response
When we receive a valid notice, we will promptly investigate and may remove or disable access to the reported material. We may notify the user who posted the content and may share a copy of your notice with them as required or appropriate.
4. Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. Β§512(g)(3), including identification of the removed material and its prior location, your contact details, consent to jurisdiction, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
Send counter-notices to the same designated agent email above. We may restore material in accordance with applicable law unless the complaining party initiates legal action.
5. Repeat infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
6. Non-U.S. rights holders
If you are outside the United States, you may still use this process. We will review notices under applicable law and our policies. Local IP remedies may also be available to you.
